Returns & Refunds Policy

Returns Eligibility

Customers may return unused products within 7 days of purchase with the receipt. We will be happy to offer an exchange or refund to your original payment mode or credit card. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at help@zenncasa.com or whatsapp at +971 56 380 9526 with your order number and details about the items you wish to return. Our team will guide you through the process and provide you with a return authorization.

Return pickup will be arranged within 2 to 3 working days from your given address.

What if I Receive Damaged or Defective Items?

If you have a complaint about your product or if it has any defect, damaged or missing parts, you may WhatsApp or email our customer service team and we will resolve it for you.

All our product goes through quality check which is recorded. We take utmost care while shipping. Even after this, If the item is confirmed to have a defect we can issue a refund or replacement.

Please attach a photo of the defect when placing the return order and email or whatsapp us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, we will refund the amount back to your original mode of payment. For COD, we might request account details for intitiating the transfer.

Refund might take 15 to 30 days depending on the bank and the mode of payment used.

 

Exclusions

Please note that certain items, such as personalized or final sale items, may not be eligible for returns or refunds. Any exceptions to this policy will be clearly stated on the product page.

 

Cancelling an Order

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
